I want to say that I had a quote done today For a Furnace and Ac Unit and I was absolutely pleased with the customer service Mike Hutchins provided. He was very friendly and was willing to explain any questions I had. He was great at having casual conversation at the same time he was able to write up my quote right here at my kitchen table. He has a Great friendly personality and Is doing awesome as a Project Manager! Keep It up Mike! Thanks Again!

Norato and Tommy were great and were able to answer all of the questions my wife and I had. Huge thank you to Mike for getting us heat last minute and for getting us the best furnace and AC for our home! We're very excited to have a cool summer and a warm winter!

Javier Jasso inspected our furnace for a carbon monoxide leak. Javier showed up in a timely manner, was very professional . He was very polite and explained everything very clearly. Javier got things set up to get things started to have someone come out by 6pm last night to give a price for a new furnace. I would hope that if any future service is needed that Javi would be my technician. Javier is a very good representation of Peak Heating and Cooling. The service team did an excellent job on the installation. The service team consisted of three techs Tommy, Norato, and Lenny . These young men were very professional and quick, and cleaned up very well after the job. I would highly recommend Peak Heating and Cooling to anybody. They tested everything and made sure we were happy with all aspects of the installation.

They treated my home with respect and explained everything to me regarding the work they performed on my furnace. They cleaned up after their work and went the extra mile to ensure my peace of mind. Peak heating and cooling just finished installing my new furnace and a/c. From the phone representative,the salesman Mike and the installers Norato & Tommy were great to work with. They were very pleasant and helpful with this purchase. At the end they did a walk through to allow me to see their work and ask questions. So most likely the water heater will next. Which I could do, but i work too much. So I'll definitely be calling Peak back out for their outstanding service. You should call them too. You'll be very satisfied if you do.

Woke up to my furnace not working at 2 AM on a Saturday morning. Having HVAC experience I determined the limit switch had tripped. Resetting the switch and doing some additional checking I determined that the heat exchanger had a crack or hole in it. My daughter had Peak install a new furnace back in October and was happy with the work, so I called them to see if they would come and check it out. They said they could have someone out that afternoon. If you have a cell phone, they can send you a text with a link to an app that shows you how far away the tech is. Alex came out I told him what was going on and he checked it out and verified it was a heat exchanger issue. He also checked to make sure there wasn't an excessive amount of CO2 coming from the furnace. He was very courteous and professional, explaining the furnace was 11 years old and out of warranty. I had the heat exchanger change 7 years earlier for the same issue, unfortunately I misplaced the receipt showing the heat exchanger was still under warranty (may bad). Since this was the second time this issue happened, I thought it best to replace the furnace. Alex quoted a 72k BTU furnace which I agreed to even though the current furnace was a 60k BTU. We did the paperwork and he told me they could install it the next day Sunday for an additional $400, which I agreed to. Marcelino and Gaberial Came the next removed the old furnace and installed the new one. They were very professional and took great care not to make a big mess. Unfortunately, when they went to put the AC back together, they realized they didn't have solder to reconnect the lines. Plus, there was an issue on the new furnace's gas valve preventing them from setting it properly. They were able to make the furnace was operational for the short term. Narto and Tommy came back on Tuesday to finish the installation. Again, they too were very professional, courteous, and explained what they were doing. I do question the solder they used and will have wait till summer to see if that becomes an issue. Her's my biggest problem I paid for a 72K BTU furnace; I got a 60K BTU furnace. I called the office on Monday, explained to them the issue and they told me Amber would check on it and call me back. Today (Wednesday) I called the office again and they told me the same thing, Amber was looking into it and she would call me back. I don't like being hard to get along with, but the finance paperwork stated that I could cancel the financing in 3 business days, today is day 3. If I don't hear from Amber soon, I fully intend to cancel the financing and then we can discuss financing the right furnace at the right price.

This company was AMAZING!!! I’ve had 4 people in my home over the course of 3 days and every single last one of them were awesome. They were kind, informative, respectful of my home/property. So far the work they’ve completed is working out extremely well. If I could give these guys 20 stars I would. They replaced my heating system and AC system and after the hauled our old items away and cleaned up their mess. It’s like they were never here. It doesn’t get any better.

This furnace repair company Peak Heating and Cooling was fantastic from the beginning. We woke up to a cold house and our furnace was not heating. They had a technician at my home within an hour to look at our furnace and he got our heater repaired the same day. Will call them back for any future hvac repairs. Thank you Peak Heating and Cooling!
